■How to add/change options
1. Make a room reservation and confirm the booking.
2. Once you confirm the booking, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Click on the URL which is written under "To add/change options such as restaurants or activities" in the confirmation email.
4. Select "Search by your confirmation number" and type in the "Reservation number*" and "Arrival date".
*Reservation number is written in the confirmation email below "Reservation Status".
5. Once you enter your client's reservation page, you will see "Other Options" column at the bottom of the page. Please click on the "Review" button to change the reservation or click on "Reserve" button to add a reservation.
*We will ask your client to pay the balance upon checkout.
*Please be aware that this system only allows you to add, change the time or change the number of people of dinner reservation.
■Commission Policy for Add-on Services
For cases, where the meal is added after the booking was made, the commission policy is at follows:
Commission-Eligible Items
Dinner courses at the Main Dining Hall for the HOSHINOYA brand, added after booking the made
* Children's meals and baby food are non-commission eligible
* HOSHINOYA Bali Ubud Jungle Dinner Course: commission eligible
- Meals and other add-on services included in a stay package
- Meals added at the time of booking (check-boxes)
Non-Commission-Eligible Items
- Breakfast, activities and all other meal services such as in-room dining etc. at the HOSHINOYA brand
- All add-on services (meals, activities, etc.) at all other brands after the booking was made
- Any payment on-site and additional fare differences due to meal changes
