■Payment method
We ask that travel agents settle payments in advance. Payment may be made with a credit card or by bank transfer. However, when reserving a special discount plan, short-notice discount plan, or room at RISONARE Tomamu, Tomamu the Tower, HOSHINOYA Bali, HOSHINOYA Guguan and RISONARE Guam, only payment by credit card is accepted. These deals and packages will be indicated with a "Credit Card Only" sign.
■Commission Payment Method
Net Rate
The commission will be deducted directly from the total price when making the payment. Agents can choose either ‘Company Credit Card’ or ‘Bank Transfer’ depending on the package.
Gross Rate
We ask agents to pay the total price first when making the booking using ‘Client Credit Card’. Then, the commission will be paid to the agents after clients’ check-out through ONLY bank transfer. Please be aware that we do NOT use World Payment System such as Onyx and GDS.
*Please kindly note that reservations for the following properties cannot be made via the Gross Rate setting. (Properties for Gross Rate setting exclude: Tomamu the Tower, RISONARE Tomamu, HOSHINOYA Bali, HOSHINOYA Guguan and RISONARE Guam)
*If you wish to change the setting for the commission payment method(Net Rate / Gross Rate), please change from "Edit Agent Information".
■Invoice
In the case of payment by bank transfer, an invoice will be automatically sent by email. Please be aware that an invoice will not be issued if a payment method has not been selected and only a provisional booking has been made. Also, please be aware that an invoice will not be issued when payment is made by credit card.
■Payment deadline
Typically, payment is expected within 6 hours or more after placing a reservation. During this period the reservation will be listed as a provisional booking. For each user account, a maximum of 5 provisional bookings are allowed, with each booking limited to 6 rooms.
Please be assured that the payable amount will remain the same during the period. Upon receipt of payment within the stipulated time frame, an email will be sent confirming the finalization of your reservation. In the event that payment is not made on time, please be aware that the room will be made available for booking again.
Additionally, please take note that for special discount plans and short-notice discount plans subject to immediate cancellation fees (such as early booking and consecutive stay plans), only payment by credit card is accepted and the transaction must be completed within 6 hours.
