■Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation, please complete the necessary cancellation form online. In cases where payment has been made through bank transfer, please be aware that a charge of 3000 yen will be payable for each reservation. Administrative fees for the transfer of this cancellation fee will be covered by Hoshino Resorts.
■Group bookings
Group bookings for 7 rooms or more are not available online. Should you wish to make such a reservation, please fill out and submit the necessary inquiry form.
