Q. Will I be able to obtain a receipt for my reservation?
A. Yes, you can receive your receipt from your account page. First, click on "VIEW RESERVATION LIST" on the left, and choose the booking that you would like to download/print the receipt. Press the "Issuing of Receipt" on the right top.
Depending on your chosen payment method, please note that receipts for some reservations may only be issued on-site after guests have checked out.
Q. Can I remove the credit card registered to my account?
A. Yes, you can remove your credit card information by logging in, clicking on the name in the top right of the screen, then continuing to Edit Agent Information.
Q. How can I check my commission payment method?
A. You can check and modify your commission payment method at Edit Agent Information.
