A. Unfortunately, booking confirmation emails are not sent to individual guests. Such correspondences will be directly forwarded to your travel agent.
Q. Are there any necessary documents guests need to bring with them?
A. The check-in process may be completed upon displaying your passport and providing your name.
Q. Is there a stay package that includes breakfasts at HOSHINOYA?
A. There are no stay packages that include breakfasts at HOSHINOYA. However, you may opt for the payable breakfast service when booking online. Please select the "room only" option and click on the breakfast service tab, which will appear later on in the reservation process.
Q. Can I make a reservation through GDS?
A. Unfortunately, the option of making reservations through GDS is not available.
Q. Are there any restrictions in making provisional bookings?
A. For each user account a maximum limit of 5 provisional bookings may be made with each booking limited to 6 rooms. Upon finalizing your initial reservation(s), further provisional bookings may be made.
Q. When searching for reservations for 4 nights or more at KAI, there are no plans including meals. Is it possible to reserve plans including breakfasts and dinners?
A. When staying for 4 nights or more, there are days when the dinner and breakfast menus will be repeated. If the guest still wishes to reserve these meals, please split the reservation by 3 nights at a time, then inform us of the guest's situation by submitting the necessary inquiry form.
