This site is dedicated to travel agencies that make travel arrangements for FITs (Foreign Independent Tourists).
Furthermore, this site is only intended for agencies that make reservations for individual customers; group bookings of more than 7 rooms are excluded.
Hoshino Resorts may refuse registration and re-registration if the Registration Applicant falls under any of the following cases.
- Registration Applicant is not a travel agent.
- All or part of the registered information provided by the Registration Applicant contains any of the following: false statements, errors or incomplete information.
- Registration Applicant is a person who has breached a contract with Hoshino Resorts in the past or the Registration Applicant is a person related to such person.
- When Hoshino Resorts determines the registration to be inapplicable.
In addition, in the case of situations listed below, we will notify the agents in advance.
If we do not see any correction within 14 days, the cancellation of reservations, the suspension of agent accounts as well as refusal of new reservations for all Hoshino Resorts properties in the future may occur.
- Holding of tentative reservation/s for more than 1 month.
- Repeatedly making large numbers of tentative reservations, which is determined by Hoshino Resorts to have been negatively affecting room sales.
- Making reservations without a confirmed guest, which is determined by Hoshino Resorts to have been executed as a means to sell.
- Selling rooms at a rate that is in conflict with the best rate policy on our official website
- Making reservations for customers who live in Japan
- Making reservations for group bookings (7 or more rooms)
- Selling our product without notifying the guests that you are the seller (e.g. using OTA as selling platform)
- When we determine that the agents have neglected the responsibility of booking
- When we find out that you are using our product for campaigns without our permission
As a general rule, we do not accept changes to reservations after confirmation so if you wish to change any information of your booking, please cancel the original reservation and make a new reservation.
In case the guest’s name is different from the reservation name upon arrival, guests can be refrained from staying.
Please kindly note that we do not take any responsibility on any troubles that occur between the agents and the guests.
※ Due to internal reasons, Surfjack Hotel & Swim Club and Hoshino Resorts KASUKE Tiantai are not sold on this Website.
